Nội dung khóa học
- Cung cấp dịch vụ sức khỏe tâm thần hướng tới phục hồi và hiểu biết về chấn thương
- Nhận biết và quản lý ảnh hưởng của các tình trạng sức khỏe tâm thần
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng có chẩn đoán kép (bệnh tâm thần + sử dụng chất gây nghiện)
- Tổ chức hỗ trợ đồng đẳng và can thiệp nhóm
- Sử dụng kỹ năng giao tiếp và tư vấn trong các tình huống khủng hoảng
- Hợp tác với các nhóm liên ngành và dịch vụ giới thiệu
- Áp dụng sự nhạy cảm văn hóa, đặc biệt với các cộng đồng đa dạng và CALD
